Players choose a court, how long they want to play and a free time, and see the price before they confirm. When someone phones, your staff book them on the same schedule, so a court can't be booked twice for the same time.

A player who has booked a court can open it as a match. Others see it in the app with the level, the start time and the players already in, and ask to join.

A player picks a coach, a court and a time in the app and sees the full price before sending the request. Once the coach accepts, the lesson and its court are booked, or you can have your staff approve it first.

Put your classes, clinics and open play in the app, and players sign up there. A session can run once or every week, with its own skill level and member price.

Run a knockout, a league or groups followed by a knockout. Players sign up on their own or with a partner or team, and when a result goes in, the standings update and the winner moves on.

• Standings and live results go on a public page and on a TV at your club

Set up membership plans, and players join them in the app. Their bookings then get the member price, and the plan can let them book further ahead than non-members.

• Plans can be weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly, with a joining fee or a trial
• Some courts, or the whole club, can be kept for members

Paste one code from the dashboard into your website, and it shows your membership plans and the sessions coming up. Visitors don't need an account to look.

• Prices and seats left are up to date every time the page opens
• Visitors can open a plan or session in your app, or download the app from there

Share a link that opens a session, a membership plan or a match in your app. Print the QR code for your desk, and it takes players to your app, or to the store if they don't have it yet.

• A player who still has to register lands on the linked screen once signed up
• First-timers get a link straight to your intro sessions

Players pay in the app when they book a court or a lesson, sign up for a program or a tournament, or buy a membership. The money goes into your club's account, and you can refund all or part of a payment from the dashboard.
